Landing Page Redesign
User-Centric Redesign
Challenge
This project is a redesigned case of a recruitment web platform called Trampos. Trampos is a platform that has been gaining popularity mainly due to the vacancies in the technology area. The courses page was the only one updated on the platform, whereas the landing page looked outdated, not very explanatory, and with poor accessibility. The platform has three main features: facilitating the application of candidates for vacancies in the labor market, people management for recruiters, and free courses for professional training. In this redesign project, the initial focus will be on the landing page, with the possibility of extending the project to other platform features that deserve attention.
Goal
The project's objective was to remake the landing page, improving its navigability, usability, and accessibility using user-centric design principles and good UX practices so that users can navigate for longer, helping them to find a job vacancy.
Solution
The project started with planning using the Design Thinking method and dividing the steps through the Double Diamond diagram. From this, I split the project into three micro sprints: the first for discoveries and research, the second for analysis, hypothesis, and problem redefinition, and the last for prototyping and validation. In this project, I interviewed users briefly, generating a Proto-Persona and a User Journey Map. I also did a competitive Benchmark Analysis e between competitors and debriefed all data synthesized to redefine objectives. From this, I did wireframes with the 8 pixels grid technique, a Style Guide, and screen prototyping in desktop and mobile sizes.
